Oxford Systems Integration LLC was founded in 2007 by establishing its offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Since then, we’ve experienced tremendous growth extending our branches to Saudi and India.

We are a company of passionate individuals who obsess about delivering top-notch Audio Visual, Immersive and ELV technology solutions and services. Our objective is to deliver every project with top-notch quality, adhering to AVIXA and ISO standards in our internal quality assurance systems.

Our Story

Jilesh Kumaran, motivated by a passion for technology and with years of experience in the integration technology industry saw an opportunity to create a company that would translate his passion to help and deliver superior audiovisual solutions to businesses in the UAE.

Quickly establishing offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, he built a team of industry experts motivated by the desire to exceed expectations and provide exceptional service to every client.

Despite facing numerous challenges in the early days of the business, our team secured a few clients who believed in Team Oxford’s capabilities and offered large projects which built our foundations for success.

These projects were followed with the support of manufacturers who have extended partnerships to gold and platinum and the rest is history!

We then conduct a site survey to assess the space and identify any challenges.
We find the perfect solution that meets your needs and budget.

Design & Engineering

Based on your needs and budget, we'll create a custom Audio Visual, Immersive and technology design.
Our CTS designers use the latest software to create a detailed system schematic.
We ensure the design perfectly meets your expectations and delivers the functionality you need.

Procurement & Integration

We source high-quality equipment from over 300+ top partners and manufacturers.
Our team of Engineers will oversee installation to ensure everything is up to our high standards.
We will conduct thorough testing to make sure everything is working perfectly.

Programming & Testing

We program user-friendly systems to meet your specific needs.
We test everything thoroughly to ensure optimal performance.

Training & Support

We provide comprehensive training to your staff so they can get the most out of everything.
We offer ongoing technical support and maintenance services to keep everything running smoothly.
We provide annual maintenance contracts to make sure everything stays up-to-date and performs at its best.

We are a member of AVIXA, seeing that our team are trained to provide solutions to the utmost quality the industry can offer. Some engineers and designers are Certified Technology Specialist™ (CTS®).

Insurances and Policies

We invest in people not only for their talent by their working environment and their safety. Apart from individual insurance as per UAE law, we also have Property All Risks, Public Liability and Workmen Compensation Insurance policies.

We are licensed by Monitoring & Control Centre (MCC) to practice monitoring works, Telecommunication and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) licensed to provide regulated ICT solutions, products, & services and Media Licensed by Media Regulatory Office.

Our National In-Country Value (ICV) certificate showcases our strive to improve the local economy and sustainability.
