About the client

The villa belongs to a VVIP, who uses it for leisure and relaxation. With over 20 rooms and expansive outdoor spaces, including an outdoor majlis and a swimming pool, the villa is designed for luxury and entertainment. The property features a game room, multiple bedrooms, a pet room, outdoor and indoor dining spaces, a study room, a guest bedroom, a barber room, a gym, and more.

Tailored for tech-savvy individuals, the villa required a seamless and integrated system to deliver effortless control over entertainment and automation systems. The goal was to empower the master user to manage gaming, movies, and music at the touch of a button, ensuring simplicity and sophistication in equal measure.

The Solution

Oxford was entrusted with designing and delivering an advanced AV and automation solution for this VVIP villa. To ensure maximum privacy, we selected commercial-grade home automation systems, eliminating risks associated with consumer devices that may compromise user data.

Multi-Zone Audio Solution: A state-of-the-art 21-zone music system was implemented using Sonos Port for seamless multi-room audio. Spotify integration allowed direct access via touchscreens, with a premium Spotify account provided for high-quality streaming.

The villa’s audio solution included:

QSC ceiling speakers (Model: AC-C2T-LP): Delivering crisp, clear sound indoors.
Wall-mounted speakers: Designed for the swimming pool area.
Column speakers: Optimized for the outdoor majlis.
Biamp amplifiers: Ensuring powerful and reliable sound distribution across all zones.

Visual Experience:
High-performance OLED and QLED displays were installed for exceptional picture quality. A no-cable, high-end LG OLED display was specifically set up for the gaming area, creating a seamless and immersive experience for PS5 users.

Control Systems:
The villa’s control ecosystem was built around Crestron solutions:

Wall-mounted touch screens (Model: TSW-770-B-S): Allowing centralized control of all systems.
Handheld remotes (Model: TSR-310): Offering convenient, portable control for entertainment and automation.

Network Infrastructure:
A reputed contractor provided robust Wi-Fi coverage through multiple SSIDs, segmenting access for the master user, guests, and staff. Our devices were exclusively integrated into the master user’s secure network, ensuring complete privacy and control

Future-Proof Design:
The solution was engineered with scalability in mind, enabling seamless integration of future expansions like curtain, lighting, and security automation to adapt to evolving requirements.
